Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality vehicle repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix and match vehicle colours according to job requirements.
  • Build and maintain an extensive colour library.
  • Prepare, prime, and paint vehicles in accordance with Job Sheet requirements and paint supplier guidelines.
  • Buff and denib vehicles to achieve a showroom finish.
  • Handle all vehicles with care and attention.
  • Document any extra paintwork required beyond initial quotes.
  • Report any existing damage or poor previous repairs to production managers.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work bay and workshop area.
  • Cocach apprentices as needed.
About the Ideal Candidate:
  • Trade-qualified Spray Painter with minimum 3 years' experience.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Meet strict deadlines.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking individual.
  • Ownership of necessary tools for the role.
