Interior Design Specialist Opportunity

As an interior design specialist, you will bring your creativity and flair to our residential villas in luxury resorts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-time interior designer with excellent administrative skills.

We are seeking an interior design specialist with a passion for residential design, strong administration skills, and a keen eye for detail.

About the Role:

  • You will work alongside the interior design manager on residential villas in our luxury resorts, with opportunities to work on display homes.
  • Collaborate closely with the drafting and estimating teams to select colour schemes, document schemes, create creative colour boards, and source new products.

What We're Looking For:

  • A person who is innovative, enjoys researching and sourcing new ideas to add value and style to our interiors.
  • A person who enjoys building relationships and can advise our sales team on interior questions.
  • A diploma in interior design, an eye for colour and design, and excellent administration skills.
  • A background with a home builder or home improvement retailer, preferably with experience in building approvals or customer assistance.
  • Strong documentation and scheduling skills.
  • The ability to design with creativity, flair, and budget-conscious thinking.
  • Proficiency in Canva and relevant interior design software.
  • A passion for staying ahead of trends and professional development.
