About the Position:

The Motor and Property Recoveries Team is seeking a talented professional to join their team as an Associate or Senior Associate. This role involves taking instructions, providing initial advice, drafting pleadings, liaising with clients, insurers, and other lawyers, negotiating outcomes, and attending to all stages of the litigation process.

Working under the guidance of a supportive Partner, this position requires 3+ years' experience in PAE. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on motor and property recoveries
  • Drafting pleadings and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, and other lawyers
  • Negotiating outcomes and settlements
  • Attending court hearings and mediations
