Care Leader Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Second in Charge (2IC) to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct a team of educators to deliver engaging and enriching programs for primary school-aged children
- Develop and implement curriculum-based activities that cater to diverse learning styles and needs
- Engage with the school community through events and assemblies
- Assist with the creation and implementation of innovative experiences based on children's preferences
- Foster genuine relationships with children and their families
- Support the director of the service in ensuring compliance with industry regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in OSHC or education is desirable
- Confident communication skills with children, parents, team members, and school principals
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
