We are currently seeking a Director of Service to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and be part of a dynamic team that delivers high-quality before, after and holiday care programs to children.

About the role:

This is a permanent and full-time position with flexibility to work from home between service times. You will have a 5-week induction program to set you up for success, with incredible support from a mentor and regional manager.

Your key responsibilities will include building strong relationships with schools and local communities, managing and rostering a team of passionate educators, and ensuring compliance with service requirements.

You will also be responsible for fostering genuine relationships with children and their families, planning and delivering enriching experiences, and being the glue that connects our organization with the school community.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident interpersonal skills, and a strong problem-solving ability.
