Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the gaming lounge and Grand Pub team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Organize and direct the Pub's food and beverage service to meet customer expectations.
  • Promote food and beverage sales to increase revenue.
  • Ensure conference and functions packages are costed and quoted to ensure profitability.
  • Coach and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certifications.
  • Responsible Management of Licensed Venue (RMLV) or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A positive and energetic attitude.
  • Pub and gaming experience essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic team environment.
