Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Ensure that every guest has a memorable experience by providing friendly, professional service across all service areas.
  • Food and Beverage Delivery: Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver promptly to guests, ensuring that their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
  • Maintain High Standards: Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all service areas, ensuring that our establishment is always clean and welcoming.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with RSA and food safety standards, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service delivery, supporting your colleagues when needed.
Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
  • Certifications: Current RSA certification is required; if not already held, you must be able to obtain it within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Availability: Availability for split shifts (breakfast & dinner) and some weekend work is required.
