  • Independently assess and resolve any unexpected situations, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude, essential for building strong relationships with guests.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • A keen eye for cleanliness and organization, ensuring the dining area remains tidy and well-maintained.
  • The ability to think on your feet and resolve issues effectively, maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
  • A passion for good food and providing excellent service, driving customer loyalty and retention.
  • RSA certification is required, demonstrating expertise in responsible alcohol service practices.
