The Opportunity Overview

As an Account Manager, you will oversee multiple client accounts from concept through to launch and beyond. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring milestones are met while acting as a trusted advisor to help them realize the full potential of their product roadmap.

This is not a traditional sales role. It is about partnership, problem-solving, and delivering on ambitious ideas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of app development clients from concept through MVP to release and all ongoing development
  • Serve as the main point of contact, building long-term relationships based on trust and delivery
  • Work closely with the Project Coordinator to align development, design, and client expectations
  • Track and communicate project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables clearly and proactively
  • Identify and resolve risks or issues to keep projects moving forward
  • Provide regular updates and facilitate stage reviews with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical solutions match client goals
  • Suggest enhancements, future versions, and growth opportunities beyond the MVP
  • Act as a client advocate while balancing delivery timelines and resources
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or project ownership in a technology or app-related environment
  • Strong understanding of digital projects, technology concepts, or app development lifecycles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and solutions-oriented
  • Extremely well-organized with the ability to simplify complex processes for clients
  • Knowledge of app development (design, UX, development cycles, testing, deployment) is desirable
