About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Manager to join our team at The Star Entertainment Group. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our revenue strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement rate and inventory strategies to ensure optimal revenue performance across all distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with property General Managers to develop and implement revenue management strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze revenue-related statistics, including competitor trends, average length of stay, and cancellations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform revenue management decisions and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience in revenue management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly developed analytical and conceptual ability, with a strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and conflicting priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-pressure environment.
