Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop mechanical systems for construction equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate designs into existing product lines
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to optimize mechanical structures using FEA simulation
• Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation, including solid models, layouts, detail drawings, and bill of materials
• Provide technical support and consultation to internal stakeholders on mechanical system design and optimization
• Participate in corrective action plans for mechanical systems and provide expert input on design verification and qualification testing
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design and development, preferably in the construction industry
• Proficiency in CAD modeling software (Pro/E or Creo preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with global teams
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Visio, and Google Workspace apps
