Comprehensive Care Provider

The primary function of a General Practitioner at our medical service is to provide holistic and value-based care to patients across various suburbs in Melbourne. They collaborate with the broader healthcare team to deliver client-centered, evidence-based, and comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver independent and coordinated medical care for patients, their families, and communities served
- Provide treatment and care according to best practice and therapeutic guidelines
- Support and counsel patients professionally and in accordance with professional standards
- Participate in discussions regarding clinic vision and directions, providing ideas on improving service quality, safety, and maximizing income
- Maintain clinic vehicles and equipment used on-site or off-site to ensure efficient operation and quality patient care
- Remuneration and benefits based on AMA & Cohealth GP Single EBA inclusive of 10.5% Superannuation
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 p.a (tax-free) for mortgage, rent, or credit cards
- Flexible annual leave options with a minimum of 4 weeks Annual leave and ability to purchase up to 4 weeks additional annual leave along with public holiday entitlements
