About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Pumped Hydro Energy Storage Technical Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue generation, developing market strategy, and ensuring successful project delivery.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial and commercial management, with experience of leading high-performing teams and developing and winning bids. They will also have a well-rounded leadership and management background, with demonstrable experience of project portfolio management.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing market strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Leading high-performing teams to deliver successful projects
  • Developing and winning bids to create a sustainable pipeline of work
  • Managing financial performance of projects, including P&L accountability
  • Directing key staff recruitment, resourcing and development initiatives
