We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing onsite and remote assistance to end-users, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure system performance and security
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including monitoring performance and security
  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications
  • Ensure data security and implement measures to prevent breaches
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for users

Requirements:

  • Experience in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment
  • Advanced printer and peripheral device troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to provide remote technical support and troubleshoot problems with operating systems and office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies, ticketing tools, and Microsoft products
