Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM and .Net Developer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for minor enhancements and support work.

The role involves troubleshooting and enhancing the existing Crm 9.1 on prem system, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, working on minor enhancements and fixes within a complex Dynamics 9.1 environment, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.

This is a permanent position with a requirement for on-call work on a rotational basis after hours, and overtime rates apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for the CRM system, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, addressing user queries, and assisting with performance optimization.
  • Customize CRM functionality based on business requirements, configure workflows, entities, forms, and dashboards to ensure the platform meets organizational needs.
  • Minor enhancements for .Net Portal including Jquery, Javascript and okta authentication.
  • Write and maintain custom code (plugins, JavaScript, C#) to extend CRM capabilities as required by working on minor enhancements.
  • Manage day to day Support tickets including requests and Incidents.
  • Take part in regular support releases activities.
  • Assist in applying patches, upgrades, and testing new releases or updates to the CRM system to ensure compatibility and stability.
  • Integrate with external applications using Webservice and RESTful APIs.
  • Provide technical documentation, conduct code reviews, and follow best practices for system security and performance.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2-5 years' experience developing customizations and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with .Net.
  • ITIL and SDLC experience a key requirement.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with SQL Server & PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and data analysis.
  • Proficient in using source control systems like TFS and Git.
  • Experience with Azure devops methodologies & CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM 9.1 onprem with Azure cloud services like SharePoint online.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Proven track record of resolving complex technical issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and collaborate with technical, non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Great customer service and communication skills.
