About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cellar Manager to join our team at Merivale's Sydney Venues. As a Cellar Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring quality at all stages of preparation of cellar services, including data entry management for stock control and assisting with spot checks and stocktakes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and monitoring quality at all stages of preparation of cellar services.
  • Data entry management for stock control and assisting with spot checks and stocktakes.
  • Receiving and distribution of goods throughout the precinct.
  • Invoicing.
  • Beer line maintenance and cleaning.
  • Manual handling/maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Changing kegs and post mix.
  • Some data entry – working with our stock control system.
  • Planning and organising inventory for functions across the venue.
  • Observing hospitality laws and regulations.
  • Manage, train and drive a team of staff across the BOH operation.
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
