Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Manage and mentor a team of lawyers to ensure high-quality service delivery and professional development.
- Analyse complex legal issues and provide clear recommendations for resolution.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and cooperation.
- Admission as an Australian lawyer and eligibility for a practising certificate in Queensland.
- Able to abide by the Australian Solicitor Conduct Rules.
- Capacity to travel and work remotely as required.
