Lifestyle Coordinator Role

As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents have access to quality leisure programs and activities that enhance their wellbeing.

The primary objective of this position is to coordinate resident-driven leisure programs that cater to the needs, wants, and desires of our residents. This includes providing opportunities for residents to participate in activities that promote self-esteem and personal fulfillment.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care that makes a difference for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate leisure programs to meet the diverse needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Develop and implement leisure-based assessments and care planning with individual residents.
  • Lead and support staff in providing person-centered services that enhance the overall wellbeing of our residents.
  • Maintain and evaluate program effectiveness, making suggestions for improvement as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle qualifications (or working towards this).
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care that makes a difference for our residents.
  • Experience in leisure and lifestyle service provision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with good time management skills.
