Drive business growth as a key account manager in the NSW retail leasing market. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our dynamic team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and experience in retail property and/or leasing environments. They will be responsible for building strong relationships with retailers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely invoicing.

A key focus of this role is to identify and secure new business opportunities, working closely with senior leaders to deliver quality property management services across the portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with local and national retailers to drive growth in the NSW retail leasing business.
  • Maintaining regular communication with owners, centre management, and major chain retailers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Responding to tenant inquiries, arranging property inspections, and maintaining accurate records of correspondence and lease information.
  • Ensuring invoices are raised promptly and following up with debtors to minimize late payments.

**Requirements:**

  • Agents Representative Certificate in NSW.
  • Proven experience in retail property and/or retail leasing environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
