Strategic Urban Development Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Urban Development Specialist to provide strategic direction and management to some of the most exciting urban development projects in the industry.

About the Role
  • Deliver strategic direction and oversight to urban development initiatives within our Property Advisory team
  • Pursue and implement comprehensive urban development strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with clients to execute projects of varying sizes across multiple sectors
  • Analyze feasibility, conduct highest and best use assessments, and manage transaction processes
  • Oversee project consent, development approvals, statutory advisory services, environmental impact assessments, social responsibility initiatives, and community stakeholder engagement
About You
  • Degree qualified in Property Development, Planning, Property Economics, or related field
  • 3-10 years' experience in senior roles with a passion for advancing your career in urban development leadership
  • Superior communication skills - both written and verbal, enabling effective relationship building
  • Consultative and active listener with strong business acumen, integrity, credibility, and professionalism
