As a leader in delivery, you will play a key role in shaping the urban landscape and contributing to business outcomes.

  • Facilitate agile delivery teams at scale, championing modern techniques within the delivery team and across Digital and the Business.
  • Maintain standards and delivery frameworks with continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective delivery governance across all projects/initiatives/product teams.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team embracing quality and customer centricity, attracting and retaining top talent while leveraging partner ecosystems.
  • Develop strong vendor partner relationships supporting and enhancing delivery capability.
  • Provide thought leadership on leveraging modern delivery techniques to deliver value and outcomes incrementally.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in delivery roles in large complex organisations.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and engagement up to executive level.
  • Excellent understanding of controls and governance to support effective delivery.
  • Strong communication skills coupled with a passion for technology delivering business value.
  • Strong knowledge in agile delivery methodologies.
