Job Title: High Impact Structural Design Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to support the design and analysis of data centers and new building systems. As a high-impact structural design engineer, you will be responsible for driving impactful solutions in the power industry through expert design, analysis, and cutting-edge building systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in seismic analysis and structural design, with experience in leading projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This role involves performing seismic analysis, developing structural designs, and ensuring safety and resilience with precise seismic and structural analysis, adhering to the latest codes and standards.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who can lead projects with vision, fostering collaboration and delivering cost-effective, high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited university and typically 3 years of experience in a design engineering role preferably in design of structures in commercial and critical infrastructure environments for mid-level, and 6+ years of experience for Senior Level.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated proficiency in preparation of structural calculations, and possess a PE or SE certification or plan to obtain within the next 2 years. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel, and minimum basic level of proficiency in CAD software is required. ETABS software experience is strongly preferred.

This role requires excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams. The ideal candidate will also be able to climb ladders and/or stairs at client sites and travel between 15-25% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university
• Typically requires 3 years of experience in a design engineering role preferably in design of structures in commercial and critical infrastructure environments for mid-level, and 6+ years of experience for Senior Level
• Demonstrated proficiency in preparation of structural calculations is desired
• PE or SE desired or plan to obtain within the next 2 years
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including, but not limited to, Word and Excel
