About the Role
  • Liaise with and manage a construction team of staff, sub-contractors, and suppliers by selecting, evaluating, monitoring, and controlling performance and meeting deliverables.
  • Plan, implement, monitor, and adhere to company and client policies and procedures, as well as those of other stakeholders.
  • Convey construction information to management, including statistics, budget details, personnel performance, and sub-contractor performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar environment (mining) supervising projects in NPI Infrastructure, Earthworks, and associated construction management.
  • Relevant Construction Certification, such as Carpentry Trade Certificate.
  • Hold relevant machinery operating tickets.
  • Computer and technology skills for reporting, communication, and record-keeping.
  • Ideal familiarity with Procore, Dashpivot, Smartsheet, and MyOSH.
  • Willingness to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, including CVD risk assessment and LABDAS.
  • Preferably hold a valid HR Licence.
  • Must hold a current White Card.
  • Preferably hold current Rio Inductions.
  • National Police Clearance within 12 months.
  • Section 44 Appointed Persons qualification and Section 26 advantage.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
  • 4WD Ticket or willingness to undertake the course.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 AUD, depending on experience.
