Building Quality Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all buildings are completed to the highest quality standards.

This involves inspecting incoming materials and completed builds, managing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and collaborating closely with supervisors and contractors to identify and resolve defects promptly.

  • Inspecting and testing of materials, chassis, and completed builds to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Managing ITPs throughout the production process.
  • Collaborating with supervisors and contractors to identify and resolve defects.
Requirements:
  • A trade background or relevant qualification.
  • Construction induction card.
  • Valid Australian driver's license.
  • At least 5 years' experience in construction with knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time management skills with ability to work under pressure and plan prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Sound administrative skills including accurate record keeping.
  • Commitment to efficient delivery of quality customer service.
  • Administration an advantage but not essential.
  • Affiliation with Construction Industry organisations desirable.
