
Haematology Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to fill a full-time Registered Nurse position in our Haematology Outpatient Unit. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to identify individualised patient needs
- Develop and implement tailored care plans to ensure seamless service delivery
- Administer chemotherapy and other treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Prioritise and coordinate patient care to achieve effective results
- Evaluate patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Recent experience in Cancer Services Nursing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Chemotherapy competence and CVAD management skills
- Effective communication skills to engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams
