Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee our mineral processing operations at the KCGM site in Kalgoorlie.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of technicians to optimize performance and foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain training records for shift-based technicians, oversee safety protocols, and minimize workplace risks.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to environmental stewardship and responsible management practices.
Requirements and Qualifications

A minimum of five years' experience in mineral processing or related industries, with at least two years' experience in supervisory or senior technical roles. Required qualifications include a current Western Australian Drivers Licence, Confined Space Entry Certificate, and Working at Heights Certificate.
