About the role:

  • Oversee multiple new home builds in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dedicated scheduling support to prioritize your needs.
  • Work in small geographic zones, reducing travel time.
  • Experience supportive and open leadership.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Utilize cutting-edge construction software for streamlined project management.
  • Promote a culture of professionalism and safety.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience supervising new home builds or knock-down rebuild sites.
  • Trade background in Carpentry or similar.
  • Cert IV in Building & Construction and QLD Site Supervisor's license.
  • Current, clean driver's license.
  • Strong communication skills and safety awareness.
