Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional face-to-face, phone, and email support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Rental Operations: Open and close rental agreements, manage reservations, and allocate vehicles to meet customer demands.
- Sales and Upselling: Sell additional rental products and services to customers, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Vehicle Presentation: Ensure all rental vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer.
- Damage Inspection and Reporting: Inspect and record vehicle damage, ensuring accurate reporting and minimizing liability.
- Vehicle Delivery: Deliver vehicles between sites, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
- Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working area, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Flexibility: Availability to work between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays.
- Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience, with a strong focus on delivering excellent service.
- Enthusiasm and Drive: An enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets and deliver results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with a good work ethic and a focus on quality.
- Vehicle Detailing Experience: Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning, although not essential.
- Driver's Licence: A current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence.
- Working Rights: Full working rights in Australia.
- Competitive Pay: $28.69 per hour (Award rate) + casual & shift loadings + generous monthly incentives.
