Job Title: Customer Experience Agent

SIXT Australia is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Agent to join their team at Perth Airport. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating opportunities to make sales, and ensuring all rental vehicles meet SIXT Australia's high standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
  • Opening and closing rental agreements
  • Selling additional over the counter rental products
  • Managing reservations and organizing fleet
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working area

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays
  • Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience
  • Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
  • Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence
  • Full working rights in Australia
