Training Officer

Develop and implement high-quality training programs that meet the specific needs of inspectors, technical staff, and support personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Design engaging training activities and assessments using instructional design best practices.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create accessible learning content.
- Manage training projects from concept to delivery within set timeframes and resources.
- Ensure training compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice on training policies and strategic initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to support training program success.
- Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement of training systems and processes.
- Proven experience in instructional design with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) environment.
- Strong understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector and its regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Formal qualification such as TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing digital learning programs.
- Leadership experience.
