Training Officer

Our client is seeking a motivated and organised Training Officer to join their team.
You will be responsible for delivering practical and compliance-focused training to staff across the abattoir and cold store, ensuring safe and efficient operations.Key Responsibilities:Deliver training to staff on the production floor, in the cold store, and other areas as required.Develop and maintain training materials, procedures, and records.Ensure all staff comply with workplace health & safety and food safety standards.Assess employee competency and provide ongoing support to improve skills.Collaborate with management to identify training needs and opportunities.Skills & Experience:Experience in meat processing, abattoir, or cold store environments preferred.Strong knowledge of occupational health & safety and food safety practices.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work with all levels of staff and adapt training methods accordingly.What's on Offer:Full-time, permanent role.Supportive, safety-focused work environment.Career development opportunities within the company.About RWM GroupRWM Group is an Australian owned specialist recruitment and workforce management company with bothlocal and international talent solutions.
