We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our Corporate Accounting and Operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering operational service excellence for our global workforce.
You will be responsible for end-to-end preparation and processing of payrolls across Australia, the United States, and the UK. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring seamless reconciliations between ADP Payroll and Oracle HCM, as well as monthly Superannuation processing and administration.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Finance Manager, Payroll to deliver key business outcomes while providing strategic advice on payroll matters. If you have a strong attention to detail and are able to work independently, we encourage you to apply.

- A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to pre-empt the needs of others
- Ability to work remotely when required
- Excellent data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word packages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sound reconciliation skills
