Operational Performance Expert

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous service improvement initiatives across the Department of Customer Service. Your expertise in operational and performance analysis will be instrumental in enhancing customer experiences and fostering a culture of excellence.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the wider Service Level, Service Operations, and Service Providers to identify areas for improvement, develop targeted solutions, and monitor progress. Your ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders, leverage industry best practices, and drive innovation will be essential in delivering high-quality business outcomes.

  • Conduct thorough analyses of business processes and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  • Design and implement reporting mechanisms to track initiatives, strategies, and programs aimed at improving business process effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, opportunities, and operational issues to contribute to a world-class business support function aligned with strategic priorities.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • ITIL V3 or V4 Foundational certification and SIAM professional certification as a minimum.
  • Relevant qualifications in Data Science, Data Analysis, and Data Visualisation.
  • Proven experience in Service Level Management principles and reporting requirements.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
