Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a primary care team working closely with general practitioners across Melbourne's central and bayside suburbs.

The Role and Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with medical professionals in your assigned territory.
  • Promote and detail respiratory products effectively to healthcare providers, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and clinical benefits.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales objectives.
  • IDentify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Provide educational support and training to healthcare providers, ensuring optimal product understanding and utilization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and clinical advancements within the respiratory field.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and share market insights.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and internal company policies.
  • Accurately document and report sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a sales representative or related experience in a sales position.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields is highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Fully qualified driver's license and reliable vehicle with high safety rating.
