Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled leader to join our team and take charge of high-voltage power solutions. As a key player in the renewable energy sector, we design, construct, commission, and maintain high-voltage infrastructure including transmission substations, wind farms, solar farms, and battery storage systems.

We have secured a pipeline of work and are looking for someone to help us deliver Australia's renewable future.

The ideal candidate will bring experience with High Voltage systems and play a significant part in the success of various flagship projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical direction and leadership for work undertaken
  • Maintaining knowledge and understanding of trends in engineering design, project management, and contract administration
  • Monitoring project efficiency by reviewing performance against targets and implementing actions to ensure goals are met
  • Ensuring cost-effective solutions are achieved by providing technical input into and review of outputs
  • Undertaking engineering tasks to ensure a high level of accuracy and efficiency according to company standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Project expertise in high voltage substation design from concept to commissioning, including knowledge of industry and client standards
  • Experience in specifying and configuring SCADA systems in a substation environment
  • Ability to take accountability and responsibility for delivering design outcomes for projects
