**Job Description**:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our high-voltage projects nationwide. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of these complex projects.

Your primary goal will be to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, and delivery of high-quality results. You will also be required to manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship, coaching, and support to guarantee project success.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels. A solid understanding of the full life cycle of projects is essential, including tendering, design, construction, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of project managers to deliver high-voltage projects nationwide
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives for the civil business division, aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of high-voltage construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management with high-value civil construction projects
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and attention to detail
