Key Roles & Responsibilities

A dynamic finance professional is sought after to join our team and provide high-level accounting support across multiple entities, cash flow reporting and supporting SMSF compliance.

Core Accountabilities:

  • Management reporting & full suite of accounting support across multiple entity types
  • Conduct financial analysis and modelling to uncover insights and identify risks or opportunities to support complex decision-making
  • Build trusting relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family groups, acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
  • Prepare for and participate in client meetings, reviewing progress and discussing strategic opportunities
  • Manage relationships with third-party providers (e.g. private banks, property agents, utility services, fund managers, and other advisors)
  • Mentor and review work completed by junior team members, offering guidance and coaching
  • Lead onboarding of new Family Office clients — from proposal and setup through to implementation and rollout

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting, tax, or accounting with exposure to family office or private client services
  • Ability to perform complex analysis, deliver reports, and distill technical information into clear, actionable advice
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • CPA, CA or CFA qualification
  • Strong interpersonal, time management and communication skills
  • A big-picture thinker with a critical and analytical lens
  • Client-centric mindset and ability to confidently manage relationships with HNW clients and stakeholders
