We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Professional to join our team.

About This Opportunity

This is a diverse and rewarding role offering exposure across management reporting, financial analysis, tax compliance, and investment support — all while building deep relationships with clients and their advisors.

You will work closely with high-net-worth individuals, families, and their entities, assisting them with the full spectrum of wealth management, financial reporting, and strategic insight.

Responsibilities
  • Management reporting & full suite of accounting support across multiple entity types, cash flow reporting and supporting SMSF compliance.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modelling to uncover insights and identify risks or opportunities to support complex decision-making.
  • Build trusting relationships and act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and family groups.
  • Prepare for and participate in client meetings, reviewing progress and discussing strategic opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with third-party providers (e.g. private banks, property agents, utility services, fund managers, and other advisors).
  • Mentor and review work completed by junior team members, offering guidance and coaching.
  • Lead onboarding of new Family Office clients — from proposal and setup through to implementation and rollout.
About You
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting, tax, or accounting with exposure to family office or private client services.
  • The ability to perform complex analysis, deliver reports, and distill technical information into clear, actionable advice.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • CPA, CA, or CFA qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
  • A big-picture thinker with a critical and analytical lens.
  • A client-centric mindset and ability to confidently manage relationships with HNW clients and stakeholders.
