Our organization is seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Specialist to drive the deployment and adoption of Oracle Fusion, internal, and 3rd-party applications in our ecosystem.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the deployment and adoption of Oracle Fusion, internal, and 3rd-party applications to enable our new Operating Model.
  • Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and prioritize within product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand business requirements and develop functional and technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Oracle Fusion solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Work with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate systems and solutions into our infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise systems and solutions at manufacturing companies.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial and government cost accounting practices.
  • Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
