
Senior Medical Regulatory Attorney

About the Role:
As a mid-level Medical Regulatory Lawyer, you will become a core member of our Enterprise team, working directly with large, multinational corporations across the healthcare industry on complex projects.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Liaising directly with clients and leading project management;
- Advising on medical and health law, including therapeutic goods regulations, privacy and health information regulation, cosmetics and consumer products regulation, Australian Consumer Law, NDIS and aged care;
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including clinical trial agreements, goods and services agreements, independent contractor agreements and software agreements;
- Contributing to team growth through articles, webinars and internal training sessions;
Our Ideal Candidate Possesses:
- 2-4 Years Experience in a Reputable Legal Environment, Demonstrated Experience in Medical Regulatory Compliance;
- Exceptional Drafting Skills: Clears, Concise and Commercially Pragmatic Advice for Complex Regulatory Areas;
- Attention to Detail and Efficiency: Prioritises Effectively, Focuses on What Matters;
- Autonomy and Collaboration: Works Independently and is Capable of Handling Responsibility and Working Directly with Clients;
