About the RoleThe Senior School Leader will lead a team to create an environment that fosters academic excellence, personal growth, and social responsibility through effective curriculum frameworks, positive relationships with students, parents, and staff, and ongoing professional development.
- Design and implement curriculum strategies that cater to diverse learners
- Foster a sense of community and belonging by engaging with students, parents, and colleagues
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for teaching and learning, and commitment to ongoing growth
- Collaborate to develop policies and procedures supporting student wellbeing and safety
Candidates must possess relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education) and current NESA accreditation. They should also demonstrate:
