Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of track-mounted crushers and screens on top-tier client sites. You will report to the Project Manager and have demonstrable recent experience in managing crushing targets and KPIs in accordance with client contract terms and MACA safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure crushing targets and KPIs in accordance with client contract terms and MACA safety systems.
  • Communicate daily objectives with crushing, maintenance, and contracting personnel.
  • Implement, maintain, and manage systematic routine maintenance and schedule a preventative maintenance program in liaison with the Maintenance Superintendent.
  • Monitor wear parts life (crusher and screen consumables) and report costs to the Project Manager monthly and in accordance with the contract.
About You:
  • You should have 5 years' experience in previous crushing leadership roles.
  • You should have sound knowledge of safety systems.
  • You should be able to lead a team safely, effectively, and efficiently.
