Job Description

  • Work with a team of experienced insurance lawyers to advise on complex claims and disputes.

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide informed advice to clients.

  • Develop and implement strategies to resolve claims and disputes effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical experience in WA with the streams of work in our client base.

  • Understanding and application of reserving philosophies in the insurance industry.

  • Proficiency in the interpretation and application of the Civil Liability Act, the Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Act and common law of torts and contract.
