About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce shrinkage, and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and execute business plans, including forecasting sales, managing inventory, and promoting Sephora's brand and culture.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, focusing on building a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team, encouraging innovation and experimentation to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience in retail or store management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
