About the Role

IPAR is seeking a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our team of allied health professionals. As an Exercise Physiologist, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with injuries or illnesses to return to work. You will work collaboratively with clients, employers, and medical professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct case management and assessments to identify client needs and develop return to work plans
  • Apply clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes and reduce workplace injuries
  • Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs for clients and employers
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and medical professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Complete a variety of assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or Osteopathy
  • Full Registration with AHPRA or Full Accreditation with ESSA
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Passion for injury prevention and return to work
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
