Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our team as a Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with employers, employees, and medical professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case management and caseload management
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals
  • Completing assessments using clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or Osteopathy
  • Full Registration with AHPRA or Full Accreditation with ESSA (or eligibility to obtain upon graduation)
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Passion for injury prevention, return to work, and associated health benefits
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
