Job Description

As an Exercise Physiologist at IPAR, you will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary team, working closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and return to work strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Case management and clinical expertise to improve return to work outcomes
  • Applying your knowledge of exercise physiology to design and implement effective injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaborating with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement rehabilitation plans
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify and address workplace hazards and injury risks
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology or a related field
  • Full registration with AHPRA or full accreditation with ESSA
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple cases
  • A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and health promotion
