An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a C&E Ops Outdoor Dining Assistant Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, 20 minutes from Uluru. Join Sails in the Desert and lead Conference & Events outdoor dining operations, collaborating with the Director of Food and Beverage to guide a team and uphold top-notch service standards.

Responsibilities

- Develop effective SOPs, ensure safety, and nurture team relationships.

- Manage Outdoor Dining within budgets, optimizing revenue and costs.

- Build exceptional guest experiences, collaborate with clients.

- Support Outdoor Dining and events team, oversee operations.

Qualifications

- 3 years' experience as a manager or Operational Events Manager

- RSA certification

- Full Driving License
