About the Role

G8 Education Limited, a leading provider of early education and care services, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Insights and Analytics Lead to join its Digital Solutions Team.

This is a rare opportunity for a talented individual to provide value-added insights to the business, driving optimal decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement company-wide reports to interpret and collate data, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Generate strategic and analytical information across operations, customer, network growth, and portfolio performance management.
  • Build and maintain reports to track key performance indicators, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new business strategies and work routines.
  • Model data for analysis and financial planning, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver data presentations and analytical insights to the business, including executive management.
  • Continuously improve documentation standards and create efficiencies in reporting methodologies.
About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in data analytics, mathematics, or a related discipline. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • 5+ years' experience in data analytics.
  • Power BI Experience, Python or SQL – not essential but beneficial.
  • High levels of critical thinking and problem-solving with attention to detail.
  • High-level understanding of data and experience in extracting, integrating, manipulating, and displaying data from various systems.
  • Well-developed communication and presentation skills at all levels of the business.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team and across the business.
