Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Azure/Systems Support Administrator to join our team in a varied and dynamic role. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a strong background in Microsoft Cloud Systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data storage solutions: Architecture, security, migration, and availability
  • Internal server/network infrastructure and backup management
  • Facilitating a Cloud-1st approach to data residence, service provision, and security
  • Maintaining strong ICT Support standards
  • Upskilling existing staff in Azure Storage practices
  • National ICT Support escalation point and local support
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Systems, including Azure Storage
  • Local systems knowledge, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper V, Powershell, Veeam, Fortinet, and networking
  • Hardware troubleshooting and cybersecurity skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and maintain service standards
  • Previous experience using IT Support RMM and ticketing platforms
  • Exposure to Cyber technologies and strategies
